We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If you decide you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to help.


You can exchange any product in your order up to 30 days after delivery for any reason once, free of charge.

If you decide to exchange that item again (i.e. more than once) you will be responsible for any forward and return shipping fees.

All exchanges must be made with the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you will be charged a $25 repackaging fee per item.

Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange


If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Please contact us to help.

You can return your product for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your purchased item is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. All returns will incur a $25 return-shipping fee. 

Returns must be made in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, there is an additional $45 per item repackaging fee.

Once we have the item back in our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund less repackaging fees (if applicable), and outbound and return shipping fees.


At times, life tends to through us a curve ball. In an event your items comes damaged due to variety of reasons, please contact us

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from the products’ date of delivery.

If you experience issues with your purchase, please let our team know. We will organize replacement parts, repair, and in necessary cases, a complete replacement.

Please note that our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the Ballucci warranty.
